CEO OF H.E.L.P.

My name is Katia Allen, and a single mother of 2 girls. For the past 5 years, I have noticed that we as real estate agents are left to figure a lot out on our own unless we have a support team. While looking for a support team, I came across an opportunity to start a virtual assistant staffing agency. Once I researched further, ideas came to me on how much a VA could help a real estate agent like myself.

I became super excited to be able to help agents live their lives while growing their real estate businesses. They can outsource the many tasks to scale their business but not at the cost of their freedom to spend time with family and friends. Imagine having an assistant who can make calls, manage marketing campaigns, vet all clients and write contracts. Imagine only talking to buyers with approval letters in hand.

My business partner and best friend, Asky Gomez, and I came up with the acronym H.E.L.P. for our virtual assistant specialists business. H.E.L.P. means Helping Entrepreneurs Live Prosperously which is our core value when we hire virtual assistant specialists to cater to your business needs. We not only hire your specialist, but we also do basic training, payroll, support, and replacement if needed.

Your Virtual Assistant Specialists will be able to find and guide the buyers through financing before they meet you at their first showing. The advantage you will have in this market would be magnified because you can actually focus on the clients and their needs. I wish I had this opportunity when I first started out but my path put me in a place of service to help other agents excel in their business and live prosperously.
